Karen Abbs is a strategic advisor in staff wellbeing, mental health and psychosocial support, with over two decades of experience working at global and regional levels across humanitarian and development contexts.
She has held senior leadership and advisory roles within international organisations, shaping approaches to duty of care, organisational wellbeing and staff support in complex and high-risk environments.
Karen now works with United Nations agencies, NGOs and philanthropic organisations, providing strategic advisory to strengthen how organisations support their people, embed wellbeing within systems and enable sustainable performance in demanding operational contexts.

Dan Williamson is a strategic risk advisor with over two decades of residential experience supporting social impact organisations operating in complex, conflict-affected and high-risk environments.
He has held global risk management functions, lead crisis management teams and advised leadership on governance, risk informed decision-making and enterprise and operational risk management.
Dan combines strategic oversight with operational depth, supporting organisations to strengthen risk management and navigate uncertainty. He is a trusted advisor, providing targeted support on complex risk challenges, and strengthening organisational risk awareness and culture.
